Our Commitment to Quality

We carefully inspect and package every order before dispatch. In case you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, our support team will assist you with a suitable resolution.

Return & Exchange Policy

Due to hygiene standards and the consumable nature of certain products, returns and refunds are generally not accepted for items delivered in proper condition.

However, exchange requests may be accepted under the following conditions:

  • The request must be raised within 7 days from the delivery date.
  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all seals, labels, and tags intact.
  • A valid order ID, invoice, or proof of purchase is mandatory.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges for non-defective items.
  • We recommend using a trackable courier service, as Lamizor will not be responsible for lost return shipments.

Non-Returnable Items

The following products/items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Opened, used, or tampered products
  • Products returned after the allowed return window
  • Items without valid proof of purchase
  • Gift cards or promotional items
  • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper storage after delivery

Refund Policy for Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

A refund or replacement may be provided if:

  • The product received is damaged during transit
  • The item is defective
  • An incorrect product has been delivered due to an error from our side

Conditions for Approval

  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours to 3 days of delivery.
  • Customers must provide clear photos or videos showing the issue for verification purposes.
  • Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • For approved cases, Lamizor will bear the applicable return shipping charges.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return, exchange, or complaint regarding a damaged product, please follow these steps:

Step 2: Share Order Details

Please include:

  • Order ID or invoice number
  • Reason for return/exchange
  • Photos or videos (for damaged/defective items)
  • Exchange preference, if applicable

Step 3: Request Review

Our customer support team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days with further instructions.

Step 4: Return the Product

Securely pack the product in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided by our support team.

Processing Timelines

Returns & Exchanges

After receiving the returned item, inspection and processing may take 3–5 business days.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are usually processed within 5–7 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, the amount may take additional time to reflect in your account.

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders cancelled after dispatch may be subject to a logistics and handling fee of INR 200.
